1. Are your diamonds conflict free?
Ans; Yes, our all diamonds are conflict free as we purchased them from legitimate sources which are not involved in any funding conflicts and in compliance with United Nations Regulations.
2. Are your diamonds 100% natural/real?
Ans; While all diamonds in our company are 100% natural/real, we do carry a small range of color enhanced diamonds and disclosed it with the terms ‘color-treated’ or ‘color-enhanced’ in products description.
3. Do you provide Kimberley Certificates or any other certificates for your Diamonds?
Ans; The Kimberley Process is an international certification scheme that regulates trade in Rough diamonds, so a Kimberley certificate is only issued when we export the Rough diamonds. We can provide other certificates like IGI or GIA on customer’s request, too.
4. Do you have a return policy?
Ans; Yes, we offer a risk free, full money back guarantee. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with you purchase or would simply like to return it, you may do so within 30 days. Please contact us for more details.
5. Do I have to pay shipping charges?
Ans; Free shipping worldwide through Registered Indian Postal Services with Tracking ID. If a buyer prefers his/her own shipping method, must use a paid option like Speed Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL etc. For bulk orders, we recommend services of B.V.C or Malca Amit or Brinks and the custom clearance in the customer’s country is the task of the customer.
6. Do you have a minimum/maximum order limit?
Ans; There is no minimum or maximum limit, so you can order as much or as little as you like.
7. What are your payment options?
Ans; We offer multiple payment options. You can make a payment through direct bank wire transfer or Money Gram or Western Union or PayPal. Goods are delivered on receipt of advance payment. All prices displayed are based on advance payment term only. Please contact us for more details.
8. How do I track my order?
